Cecelia Hubbard is a Los Angeles-based cinematographer with a BFA in Film from the University of Central Florida. Originally from a small Midwest town with limited access to film opportunities, she transformed her passion for visual arts into a professional pursuit. At UCF, she developed a strong foundation in both the creative and technical aspects of filmmaking, working across productions from microbudget to high-scale.
Over the past five years, Cecelia has built a diverse portfolio spanning narrative, commercial, music video, and documentary work—including award-winning films. With hands-on experience as a camera operator and 1st/2nd ACing, she brings sharp visual instincts, adaptability, and on-set practicality to every project.
Her cinematography centers on authenticity, capturing honest stories through a distinctly feminine lens. She values clear communication and a collaborative spirit, always aiming to elevate each project's vision. With backgrounds in both dance and martial arts, Cecelia approaches visual storytelling with a refined sense of movement, rhythm, and intention.
